Budget bootcamp offer reduced rates pre-Christmas

Got some annual leave to use up before the end of the year? Mixed residential seven-day bootcamps are now available from £300pp for a shared room at a variety of locations with BootCamp Training Live, including all meals, accommodation and training.

Run by ex-soldiers, activities include early morning circuits, boxing, army-style training, running, martial arts and strength work. Women-only camps are also available.

Various dates are available at Weymouth Bay Holiday Park. A swimming pool, sauna and spa is nearby for post-training relaxation. A nutrition talk also takes place during the week.

If you would prefer something more luxurious, bootcamps are also available at the plush cottages at Frog Hall in Dorchester. Prices start at £350pp to share a four-person room.

Training takes place on the beach and trails around the Dorset coast and the adjoining Portland area.

“There is so much more to the experience of Bootcamp than just weight loss,” said camp owner Billy Smart.

“We will educate you about training, nutrition, body fat and much more to educate you to live a fitter life.”
